LEGO’s Double Points Insider Weekend 2024 has officially kicked off, and will reward shoppers on LEGO.com with 2x Points on all purchases from 23-24 November 2024, plus a whole bunch of new GWPs!
As we approach Christmas and the end of 2024, many of these sets, especially the big ticket items will begin selling out, if not already!
To make the most of Double Points on Insiders Weekend, and if there’s a specific Gift with Purchase (GWP) that you’re aiming for, it might be a good idea to pick a set up from LEGO’s Retiring Soon list before they’re gone for good.

With 2x Insider Points, you can expect many fans to be targeting these sets before they leave the shelves for good, especially for bigger ticket items like 75313 UCS AT-AT, 10308 Holiday Main Street, 21336 The Office and 10320 Eldorado Fortress among others.
I would highly recommend picking up 75290 Mos Eisley Cantina while its still on backorder in Australia, as it’ll definitely be one that balloons in price once retired.
Don’t forget, there are also thousands of elements on Pick a Brick online that will disappear from 3 December 2024 onwards.
With retiring sets, it’s also important to remember that while these sets are earmarked to retire by the end of 2024, they won’t all disappear immediately on 1 January 2025. Instead, what this usually means is that whatever stock remains online or in LEGO sets of these sets will be it, and LEGO will not restock these when they sell out, and different countries and regions have different stock levels depending on what sets are in LEGO’s warehouses.
